Hi i want to go shillong from kolkata if anybody know about this route pl tell me ..

You can travel by Air to Guwahati and then take a bus or taxi from the airport to Shillong. The air travel from Kolkata to Guwahati airport is around 1 hr. You may also avail the helecopter service from Guwahati airport. You may also avail train service like Kamrup Express, Kanchanganga, Garib rath etc. and come to Guwahati railway station. Just near the Guwahati railway station is the MTC bus ...morestand. You may book a seat in the bus and reach Shillong which is 104 Km. The train takes around 24 hrs. (approx.) to reach Guwahati.
